The Anglican Archbishop of Canterbury Rowan Williams gave a sermon the other day about the martyrdom of Carthusian monks who refused to recognize Henry VIII as the head of the church.
Archbishop Williams raised the question as to whether King Henry is in Heaven or Hell. If he is in Heaven, Dr. Williams says, it is due to the prayers of his victims.
