Makes sense to me. When I was at SWBTS, I never could reconcile what they called "the priesthood of the believer" with the necessity of ordination to be employed as a Protestant minister. As a matter of fact, I still can't wrap my head around that one. I think that explains why so many guys (laymen) say the Lord called them to quit their job and start a church. There's nothing in Baptist theology that prevents it, I don't think.
